Chronic stress can interfere with the digestive process and lead to issues such as indigestion, acid reflux, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Incorporating relaxation techniques into your daily routine—such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, or gentle stretching—can help reduce stress levels. Even taking a few moments throughout the day to pause and breathe can positively impact your digestive health.

Furthermore, consider incorporating probiotics into your diet to enhance gut health. Probiotics are live bacteria that can provide numerous health benefits, particularly for digestion. They help maintain a balance of good bacteria in your gut and can be found in foods such as yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, and kimchi.
